Arnold lives in Fulshear, Texas, USA, just outside of Houston. He worked as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional for over thirty-five years helping to prevent injuries, save lives, and protect the environment. Since retiring, he continues to hike and backpack in some of the most beautiful parks and wilderness areas in the country and has begun an author career, writing both fiction and nonfiction. Muir Trail Magic is his first novel in the Bucket List Hike series and was inspired by his own hike of the trail in 2021 and 2022.
