After all, she raised five children and is now the grandmother of thirteen! Her chapter book, WINSTON'S WORLD! The Way He Sniffs It, Is her second early reader chapter book with ten stories about her Scottish Terrier's dilemmas which are common to most children. All stories are told through Winston's point of view. Then he gives his Words of Wisdom about what he learned and asks his young readers questions pertaining to his story, which, hopefully, leads to a discussion. Finally, he introduces a new word that is found in his story.Of course, being a Southerner, Linda loves to talk. Public speaking seemed to be the logical next step to helping writers of all kinds. Through story and personal experience, she teaches, encourages, and motivates her audience to follow their dreams and reach their goals. She also enjoys visiting schools and shares with them how to use their BIG IMAGINATION and with older students fundamentals on the writing process.
