After defeating the Angel Angelus and arriving in Murdok, Jakob and the others prepare to embark on next leg of their journey. During his bedridden state, Jakob learns that Feya has been captured and taken to the city of Gosa.

The young man deviates from their path, in hopes of rescuing his friend, accidentally waking a sleeping beast from the mountains. While surviving in an uncomfortable situation in Gosa, Feya meets a young hunter named Kylo.

The pair soon come face to face with the power of Earth magic as they learn more about Feya and the Faeries history. As Feya travels with Kylo, she learns the truth about the identity of the Savior.

When instructed to meet her party in the city of Nupross, they learn the truth firsthand from one of the rightful rulers of earth itself as Lucile continues her plans for power within the ranks of the Devils. Gidione, still hunting for the Abomination child, tries to quell the rising rebellion within the Devil ranks, only to learn the truth about the Divine’s past and bring her own loyalty into question.
