However, she has triumphed over adversity, including overcoming PTSD from a workplace assault. Through her own journey, Renee has not only learned to break free from attracting narcissists but has also cultivated healthy and fulfilling personal relationships.Renee’s expertise extends beyond her personal experiences. She has facilitated courses on overcoming limiting beliefs, boundaries and consent, empowering others to establish healthy relationships and assert their needs. In addition, Renee is a passionate public speaker, having presented at various events and conferences, including the Canadian consulate.After completing her book, she is proud to hold certifications as a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Coach from the esteemed American Board of NLP. Additionally, she is a certified Time Line Therapy ©Practitioner accredited by the Time Line Therapy© Association.
