Dan has accumulated over two decades of experience in leadership, management, human resources, adult education, employee and team development, coaching, and project management across multiple industries. He has demonstrated his ability to enhance organizational capabilities by creating, customizing, redesigning, implementing, facilitating, and measuring global leadership development and talent management initiatives. Dan focuses on channeling individual, team, and organizational strengths toward improved performance and results delivery.Dan is an Operation Iraqi Freedom combat veteran with eight years of active-duty military service in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer (transportation), gaining experience leading soldiers in garrison and combat.Over the course of Dan's corporate career, he has been responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring manager and leadership development strategies, systems, practices, and programs across enterprises across the US and the globe.Additionally, he has been instrumental in developing effective competency-based programs and team and cultural development initiatives.Dan's academic credentials include a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice-Law from California State University Sacramento and a Master's degree in Human Relations - Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He also has three years of coursework completed toward his Doctorate in business/consulting psychology. He's also maintained his SPHR and SHRM-SCP since 2009.Dan is also an adjunct professor at Carroll University.
