"Die Empty," is Lydia's mantra. She believes in living fully and pursuing one's niche unapologetically. Her love for reading and writing began at five, often sharing the written word with her father. In primary school, she borrowed storybooks from the library, even once crossing the road engrossed in a book, narrowly avoiding an accident. This passion led her to study journalism, where she excelled in creative writing and narratology. After university, she joined Uganda's leading daily, the New Vision.Having given her life to Christ as a young girl, Lydia found her calling in writing.
