_____Thene’s book was so easy to read and understand. I loved how encouraging the language is.

At times, I felt like I was having a therapy intervention. Unlike many books written by agile coaches, this one is short and straight to the point.

I was surprised that this could be done in 4 weeks and in an unrushed manner. Transformation can sometimes be misunderstood, and many want to make it happen overnight.

This is so realistic and considers the inner work we need to do. People don’t talk about the importance of inner work enough.

Thene nailed it!Most folks in my life are going through some kind of transition. A lot of my friends are having kids or have just been laid off from their jobs.

I think of them have been trying to look inside and do inner work to be better parents but also looking around. I think the first two will be one they most resonate with.
