We lean towards interests that become lifelong careers and hobbies. As a pre-schooler, I deciphered 1950s car names on radiators and emblems (with my mother's help). I learned that funny names like 'Plymouth' were pronounced 'Plimoth'! What would I have made of French names such as 'Cottin et Desougettes'?Over the next 50 years, I owned new and used cars, finding certain aspects of their design, performance and styling suited me - what other people likes or approved of was of no concern!As a teen, I began writing - at high school, nobody discovered who put the humourous 'newsletter' up on the notice board. My first car, at teachers' college, and an Austin A40 and 'Gigi, I loved. The disease of researching, photographing and writing began to hit home.I have done many hundreds of photographs of cars over the years. These, combined with the numerous articles I have created are now being made available to the world.You may read articles on 'Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives' and see how they apply to my automotive writings.
