But the truth is, declining mental health is a spiritual battle declared by the Enemy, who forces us to focus on ourselves and our internal world, distracting us from the restoration power of our Heavenly Father. In Rick Rodgers's memoir, he journals countless hours of counseling, practicing proven therapies, and learning about his God-designed personality to foster wholeness and healing.

God cannot continue His work in us without changing our hearts, and redirecting our focus. Today, he is walking out his healing as a Certified Christian Mental Health and Certified Christian Life Coach. He operates a Non-Profit Outreach in Cleveland, Ohio, called L.
