Those clients inspired me to write Well Built, to launch a podcast (The Morning Huddle Construction Show), and to found a company (Well Built Consulting) that's completely dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals who have chosen a career in the building industry by improving the great companies that are committed to doing the same. I am an entertainer and performer by nature and by training. I relish opportunities to speak to groups and move people. I live in Northern Baltimore County with my wife Lindsey, our 3 sons, and 2 black labs.
