He was born in Barcelona in 1964. After studying law at the University of Barcelona, he dedicated himself to the world of art and antiques first, and later to auctions, being the manager of one of the most important companies in the sector in Barcelona for fifteen years. During that time, he personally devoted himself to writing and/or correcting the catalogs that were published monthly. This passion for writing was fueled by reading, especially crime, historical, and science fiction novels, having written articles and short essays. His career as a novelist began in 2021, after completing the last 240 kilometers of the French Way of Saint James. The many hours of walking were shaping the characters and plot of his first novel, "El cas dels passatges" (The Case of the Passages), focused as the first in a series that would continue with "Vides trencades" (Broken Lives), both published on Amazon, written in Catalan, and translated into Spanish. The next one was "El quadre del monestir" (The Painting of the Monastery), a novel that combines mystery with history, starting from the 17th century to the Barcelona Olympic Games. "2084" represents his first foray into science fiction and aims to be a tribute to Manuel de Pedrolo and his "Mecanoscrit del segon origen" (Typescript of the Second Origin). His latest novel is "Viladrau, el Llibre de les bruixes" (Viladrau, the Book of Witches), which concludes the "Negre sobre blanc" (Black on White) series and is also translated into Spanish, offering a bold vision of the world of witchcraft from the perspective of crime fiction.Read more about this authorRead less about this author
