In Genesis 1:28, God told Adam to take dominion over the earth and subdue it with everything that was in it. But unfortunately, Adam lost his God-given dominion due to disobedience.

Fortunately, Christ came to restore that dominion. Christ came to empower every Christian to dominate over the devil, his hosts, as well as all principalities and powers in the heavenly places.

It is pertinent to know that no believer is expected to suffer any form of satanic oppression. Christ has given us the power to rule over sickness, disease, failure, poverty, fruitlessness, barrenness, stagnation, backwardness, and all the forces of Satan (Luke 10:19).
