The tutor teacher acquires an unquestionable relevance, since from his/her position of closeness to the students, he/she has to act as a guide, mediator, counselor and link between the different educational agents.

For this to take place, it is essential that teachers are well trained and committed to tutorial work, which will undoubtedly be conditioned by the environment in which it is carried out.
