Cynthia Thompson knows what it is like to have the hand of God orchestrating her life. Born and raised by a Christian grandmother, Cynthia didn’t wake up one day and decide to be a drug addict.

She didn’t decide to leave her children alone and go to prison, but it happened. Losing her grandmother at age 15 and her mom at 21, Cynthia learned to do what she had to do in order to raise her children and brother.
