Dr. Robert O. Walton is an Associate Professor in the College of Business, Department of Decision Sciences with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide (ERAU). Formerly, Dr. Walton was the Executive Director of International Campus Operations and Managing Director of Embry-Riddle Europe GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of ERAU, where he was responsible for the academic oversight of international programs.Dr. Walton received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Geography. He holds a Master of Aeronautical Sciences, a Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. Dr. Walton has published in numerous academic journals, and authored books on air cargo operations, the aerospace industry, and statistics and research methodology. He has presented his research at numerous professional conferences worldwide.
