After going through a challenging divorce in 2008 and losing her mum to terminal cancer in 2010, these two major life events shook Sal Holden to the core and truly caused her to wake up and become conscious about her life.Since then she has healed and radically transformed her life, not only creating a business she loves that has supported and empowered thousands of women over the past 13 years, but also raising her now adult girls aged 20 and 22 as a single mum and empowering them with the life lessons, she’s learnt along the way. As well as transforming so many of her limiting beliefs about relationships, to finally be able to meet her soul mate eight years ago and create an incredible partnership through a tremendous amount of healing along the way.She has personally invested thousands into her own education, becoming a fully qualified Kinesiologist and Life Coach, as well as learning from incredible leaders such as Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza and many others, in order to truly understand the mind and body connection both from a rational scientific viewpoint and a metaphysical perspective. You can find her paddleboarding along the edges of the beautiful Lake Macquarie, hiking or camping in the National Parks and traveling around Australia with her love, and or spending quality time with her two adult daughters as well as family and loved ones.
