The mind can include conscious and non-conscious states as well as sensory and non-sensory experiences. HOW TO CONTROL YOUR MIND The mind controls the body, before you do a particular thing it will come from your mind, it simply means, whenever you want to do a good or bad thing, it will comes from your mind, because your mind controls your body.
