Hi, I’m Karol Windsor. I am a young, self-published author (as of April 2022!). I’m Catholic and always trying to strengthen my faith in any way I can. I'm also a poet, content creator, editor/formatter, and self-taught artist. I’ve always loved books, to me they seem like an escape from the real world. Even if you can’t go anywhere, you can always open a book and go on an adventure somewhere far away. All I want is to be able to do that for someone—take them on an adventure without them even having to leave their living room. I’ve lived in Virginia my whole life with my mom and dad and eight siblings. I’m the second youngest right above my baby brother Sean (Love you Sean!). We have a crazy labradoodle named Corey and an old but sweet tabby named Jasmine. Though they drive me crazy, I love my family (and pets!) more than anything.I could say I started my writing journey when I started my first book at fourteen (Easom’s Bell and the Bellmont Estate!), but what I’d like to say is that I began the moment I could make up stories with my stuffed animals and action figures—the moment I could use my imagination. A lot of my ideas came from crazy stories my siblings and I played together. I have them to thank for my inspiration and Richard Paul Evans my favorite author ever! In my spare time when I’m not working, I love to play Minecraft, go hiking, draw, cook, and take long evening walks. I love Leavenworth WA, the beach, and most anything Marvel.
