Jeanna Crawford is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She helps busy ladies lose weight, lower blood sugar and get moving again. She found her calling to help others on her own journey to regain her health. In the process, she became a nutrition coach and a fitness instructor. While doing that, she reversed her pre-diabetic diagnosis and eliminated her heart disease issues. She has worked in the insurance industry with workers’ compensation injury claims and has seen firsthand the effects someone’s health has on their ability to heal and their quality of life.While searching for answers, she came across a book in her mom’s library about beating disease with nutrition. Having tried it all to lose weight (including but not limited to icky shakes, boring exercise, and restrictive diets) she became obsessed with learning more about nutrition and found the missing pieces to her puzzle. She is active, pain free, and has tons of energy. Now it’s her mission to share this information and help others find their way to their healthiest and best life.When she’s not working with clients or teaching fitness, she enjoys spending time at home working in her yard tending to her rose garden in the front yard and a tropical garden designed by her husband in the back yard. She enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, playing with their pups, hanging out with her grown children and her latest joy is spending time with the granddaughter.
