Author Biography of WH BuzzardA willful, unmanageable teenager asked a wise older man who had taken an interest how to gain control of his unruly habits, his self-defeating addictions, and a general lack of passion in life. “Do one thing everyday for one hour you don’t want to do for one other person,” he replied. “In thirty days you will be self-disciplined.” Doing what he said without fail worked because he wanted to change. Turns out the results were critical to achieving success and energy and contentment.That teenager grew to become the author.
