A battle was brought to their doorstep of the Spires, and now they must travel to the Kingdom of Kraken Purge, not only to seek revenge, but to rescue Hu'gan, their Mage and battle trainer. Kraken Purge detests dragons and any who are affiliated with them and will kill any who share a love of the sky beasts.

Prepare as they may, it will not help them. The Spires of Dasny will not fight alone.

They bring with them the immortal dragon of story and song, Zelspar, the Dragon of Evermore, the dragon from the world’s beginning. He will bring with him his legions of dragons who now reside in a haven prepared for them on the floating island of Avalon, in a dimension only accessible by portals.

What they find is that the hatred of dragons has grown and spread like wildfire. Can they extinguish the flame before it’s too late?~~~~~All through the castle grounds, gasps rang out at the sudden darkening of their sky.

While the Spires of Dasny had its Dragon School and over a thousand dragons strong, it was but a pittance of what now stood outside the castle gates. Grifton raced to reach Athan and join the dragons paying homage to Zelspar, not only because he came to give them aid in battle, but that he deemed them worthy of his extensive knowledge and battle skills.

As he climbed onto Athan’s back, memories flooded him of the great and mighty Zelspar. He had been in this world since its beginning with the ancient names of Starleira, Rynik, Galdean and Kaida, the girl who was the first dragon rider, having been raised by the dragons.

It was during this ancient time in their world that Zelspar fought the immortal Dargenoin, who sought to change the world to evil. Through an outstanding feat Zelspar was able to encase Dargenoin into a dragon’s tear and hide him where none would ever find him again.

Grifton’s heart beat hard against his bones in knowing the greatest of all dragons now stood outside their castle gates. In a commanding voice, the great one spoke.

“I’ve come and brought with me my legions. We heard of your battle.

” His yellow eyes narrowed as he spoke to all gathered. “Dragons once ruled this world and by all that is dragon, we will not stand for the savage acts of those knights who came to kill every dragon they saw!”Roars met with his words and flames shot above the dragons as each echoed his sentiment.

People gathered upon the battlements between the knights to look upon the gathering below them with awe and curiosity. Students from the Dragon School pooled in each opening of the Spires to look upon the one they had only heard of in their studies.

The air was charged full of an electrical current where gooseflesh rippled from person to person. .
