Michael A. Silva is an independent security consultant located in the Seattle, Washington area. Michael has over 45 years of security industry experience, including over 38 years as a consultant. Michael started in the security industry at the age of 14, when he began installing burglar alarm systems. Michael has had a life-long interest in electronics, radios, security, and business.In addition to practicing as a security consultant, Michael frequently mentors people who wish to enter the security consulting profession themselves. In 2009, Michael reconnected with Melanie, a girl who he knew from 35 years earlier when they both worked in the same restaurant together. He was fond of her back then, but let her get away.
