Erik began working with adolescents in 2007 with at-risk youth for his local School District. He enjoys helping teens and their families build stronger personal and familial connections to both the inner and outer world. Utilizing a wide variety of techniques and approaches Erik meets clients where they are, in order to help them move forward toward to where they want to be, a more personally fulfilling life. Erik has conducted parenting workshops, provides trainings to local county case managers and therapists, worked in the school setting from Pre-school to High School, and works with a wide range of ages and stages. Erik works with adults with a wide variety of mental health challenges. He has constructed Co-Occurring Disorder workbook for an adolescent residential treatment center, as well as curriculum for group therapies, and built curriculum for mental health for the LGBTQ+ community. Erik is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Certificated School Counselor, and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). Read more about this authorRead less about this author
