There is much information out there. This work brings needed perspective making sense of it all.

It comes at a time of much confusion and momentous change as the world faces an uncertain future. Livingstone Fagan is one of a few remaining survivors of the 1993 US government assault on a church community outside Waco, Texas.

He met David Koresh while completing ministerial studies at a seminary west of London. He subsequently visited the Mt.

Carmel Community on several occasions prior to the assault. When the initial attack occurred on February 28th he was there.

During the ensuing 51-day siege, he came out to serve as theological spokesperson for the group and help with the negotiations. His wife and mother were among those who died in the fire on April 19th.

He was also among a small number of survivors detained and tried a year later in 1994. Although acquitted by a jury of the false charges against them, they were nevertheless given excessive prison terms.

These were later overturned by the US Supreme Court. He returned to England in the summer of 2007 where he now resides.
