TJ Rerob, an IT industry professional, with 15+ years experience as a software product owner, systems analyst, business analyst, and software tester. I've been in fortune 500 companies and startups. Through all that experience, I have learned a great deal in the realms of software development, product management, Agile, team concepts and best practices. My goal is to leverage those experiences and lessons learned, and provide for others looking to learn and gain from those experiences. Across the different work environments, a host of systems and processes were used. These give me a wide array of experience. From Legacy monolith systems, to new event based micro service systems. From teams with high degrees of agile know how, to teams just getting into Agile. I have also worked on teams in more traditional processes like waterfall. The agile process and its effectiveness in software development is a thing I work with and for almost every day.I thoroughly enjoy tackling complex problems and solving for user needs and goals. Continuing to help tackle problems and to help teams learn and grow is a primary focus of mine. I am a proponent of agile process and philosophy, enjoying learning and collaborating so we can all improve. The practical uses to help solve problems and deliver valuable work are of great interest to me. Through sharing, I also open myself up to knew knowledge learning opportunities.
