Throughout her career, Linda would focus on helping students who struggle with learning in a regular classroom setting. Her dedication, patience, and passion for ensuring every child's success set her apart as a remarkable educator.In addition to her specialization in Special Education, Linda holds certification in English as a Second Language (ESL), she has served as an ESL Instructor, helping non-native English speakers develop their language skills and integrate them into the educational system. In addition, Linda has 2 certificates in Sign Language 'Beginners and Intermediate'.During her recent retirement, Linda embarks on a new creative endeavor as an author of children's books. Drawing from her extensive experience working with young learners, she brings her expertise and love for education in her writing. Linda firmly believes in the power of reading to children and its positive impact on a child's development. Her books are designed to entertain, educate, and inspire young readers, encouraging a love for reading from an early age.Linda currently resides in West Kelowna, BC, Canada, where she tutors struggling readers.
