Andrew Whitmire is an Asheville, North Carolina native presenting his straightforward, satirical, work that highlights the relationship complexities within various generations and belief systems. A lifelong student, Andrew originally began studying church music theory and performance, but realized that the intersection of his faith and sexuality ignited theological controversy forcing him to reconsider everything. Refusing to give up education, Andrew transferred to Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina where he became president of the interfaith organization and also helped launch a program by Gallup that identified someone's major based on their talents--now part of new students' pathway to success. Andrew has spoken to business entrepreneurship classes and written for various religious and real estate publications most recently featured in the Netflix documentary "Pray Away". When he's not working from home in consulting, Andrew is studying up on data science and machine learning.
