From the depths of the streets and the inner cities to the wilderness and deserts across North America. The challenging tale of a story author and music author from NYC who infiltrated a couple of cults, traveled across the country several times in treacherous conditions and lived on the streets as a philanthropist while working as an actor and also a demo music recording artist who had to pay for his DJ producer's meals while collecting metal and tin, all the while living on the streets of NYC and Los Angeles. He began writing early. A series of books started in high school led to poetry and Poet of the Year and a contract at Old Tower Records. Instead of embracing the world of technology, Damian scoured the earth looking for work after the record company collapsed. And he found a slot in the movies until he had issues with the treatment of individuals on set. And he walked away with Photographer of the Year for a minute. His message was empowered by the forces of opposition who attempted to thwart his career in the name of hatred and technological and psychic supremacy. The books went through changes from various drafts lasting thousands of pages long to others being rated as too obscene for the Library of Congress. However, the message and experience of the story were changed nill. Now there was no profanity and it seemed like a good fit. After over twenty years of drafting, he put his first work together entitled "Light of a New Day" also known as 'The Calling". It was the same story, he envisioned from the inside of the main character's mind. Still wandering the deserts looking for turquoise, Damian sets up waiting for his big break near a place in the desert on the California border known as 'The Twilight Zone'. Hoping that he can get his career back on track while watching the sunsets over the Colorado River and the deep night skies.
