When I’m not writing I love sailing and wild swimming and have recently taken up ballet classes again after several decades’ hiatus. I love reading (of course) films and TV dramas, and spending time in my garden. I live in the Chiltern Hills, not far from Oxford, with my husband Andy and, occasionally, our grown-up son, Hal.
