Brian was a natural player who was playing on the European and Safari circuits just three years after taking up golf. When his game deteriorated after some so called "help" from more experienced players and coaches, he decided there must be a better way for him and his students to play that tapped into our natural abilities rather than some forced and unnatural action. As he developed his coaching skills he realised that this was much more successful. But rather than telling people what to do he started a system that let his students discover things for themselves by challenging their beliefs. Brian wrote Positive Impact Golf in 2010 and found coaches and students wanted to know more. In due course, he developed Easiest Swing and found that players improved their games instantly once released from some of these constrictive beliefs.Younger brother Philip worked with Brian to develop Easiest Swing after turning pro in 1974, but his journey was very different to Brian's as he was not a natural player. Working with Brian–often as his guinea pig–Philip gradually discovered his own natural swing which had been buried below an avalanche of learnt beliefs. Philip continued to improve so that by the turn of the century the two brothers were playing and coaching in a much easier way that led to the ultimate development of Easiest Swing. Brian passed away in 2022 but left Philip with the task of completing The Easiest Swing in Golf book. The book is a collaborative work which brings together the two brothers' lifetime of experience and learning, to share its wisdom with golfers of all levels and ages.Read more about this authorRead less about this author
