Welcome. I'm glad to introduce myself to you. I have spent my life as a seeker. The path to becoming a therapist began my Freshman year in high school when my family sought counseling while my parents were going through a divorce. I left the appointment thinking I wanted to help others the way I was helped that day. I began volunteering at a recreational rehabilitation center and received my BA in Psychology from American University. I soon realized that in order to effectively help others, I needed to continue seeking and learning. I studied Pathwork and at the Institute of Core Energetics. These programs inspired me to return to school for my Masters of Social Work from New York University. I furthered my professional training and teaching studies, which led to Brainspotting in which I am currently a Brainspotting Consultant, Trainer and Therapist. All these studies and experiences have given me a strong set of skills to develop exercises, classes and programs to help others. After receiving much encouragement from clients, colleagues and friends, I decided to bring my passion for seeking authenticity to print.
