I have been working in professional kitchens for thirty years, I started washing pans and dishes, then I was a kitchen assistant and I liked what I did.I decided to invest in a career as a kitchen specialist, for that I had to move to the capital, work and study at the same time for three years until I got my degree. With some experience, I undertook a trip to London to live and work there. I then worked in several Spanish cities. Several years later, I went to live in Patagonia, Argentina. I learned to grow the food that I then cooked. A decade later, I returned to Spain with a lot of knowledge to share and decided to write some books. I was helped by writing professionals, in every sense of the word, and it was a very intense task. In the first book, I recount the journey through different kitchens, sometimes endless, but also looking at the hospitality industry from a critical and not so romantic point of view. The other two books are recipe books, of the best recipes that I had the opportunity to learn from great professionals, in places where almost everything is possible.
