When your name is Brickman you are expected to be tough. Brickman cursed his parents for his name.

Starting his first year of high school, Brickman stood five feet tall and weighed less than 90 pounds. Probably the smallest in his grade, his name was big enough to make him an easy target for every bully in school.

High school became a daily test for survival. With no friends, no hope for the future the school day was a never ending cycle of torture and fear.

Somehow, Brickman not only survived, but began to make friends and climb out of the darkness and loneliness of depression. Brickman shares his story and his insights in this unique book in the hopes that you can learn from his experiences, and that you can see the power you have to change the world around you to be a better place.
