The Book of the Watchers, the initial and best-preserved segment of the Book of Enoch, is not "lost," nor is it a "secret. " Its contents, translated into English, can easily be found on internet.

Although the modern-day Jewish groups known as Beta Israel (originating in Ethiopia) and the Ethiopian Tewahedo Church regard the book of Enoch as canonical, these are exceptions; the normal Old Testament canon was and is limited to the 39 books contained in the Tanakh (Torah + Nevi’im + Ketuvim). The Book of the Watchers was read by Aramaic-readers in the first century B.
