After humans unexplainably left Earth, ancient fish and cephalopods evolved to walk on land and, thousands of years later, rebuilt what the humans had left behind. Flash, a humanoid teenage octopus from the snowy town of Shiverbourn, hasn't had an easy life, often finding himself with the short end of the stick, bullied, or in a fight.
