This is the story of an average man who had an incredible encounter with Jesus. Losing his father at a young age, Joseph grew up in the church but didn’t know the love of Father God, seeing only through the lens of childhood trauma and broken relationships.

Then, at age 30, he experienced a real, tangible love fromthe Lord, which radically changed his life and began a new journey of transformation into the man Jesus created him to be. As God began his gentle, loving and healing process, Joseph’s “normal life" became extraordinary.

Through God’s love he discovered he truly was not alone, not ever, and that God wanted to be close to him, walking him through and out of his pain with His perfect love—and into the plans and purposes for his life. As the Lord drew Joseph closer in intimacy, He led him to create the 7 Day Pearl Challenge—PRL, short for Pearl, stands for Pray, Read and Listen.
