Helen Bullen was born in Surrey and over the years has lived and worked in that area. She is a Mum to two childrenIn 2003 she graduated as an Osteopath and was asked if she would join the teaching team. She gained her teaching qualifications and went on to teach Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, Masseurs, Physiotherapists both in the UK and internationally. Her expertise led to her becoming an expert for UK Universities that had Osteopathic courses abroad being an external examiner for colleges in Milan, Ghent and as a subject expert for a new course in Turin. Helen spent over 6 years sitting on the Investigating committee for her governing body, the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) before leaving to concentrate fully on her clinic and business mentoring business.In 2010 Helen opened her award-winning multi-healthcare clinic Fine Fettle after selling her first smaller 1 roomed set up. Helen was also awarded businessperson of the year by the Chamber of Commerce. Helen retired from Osteopathy in 2020.Along side her clinic Helen has mentored other business owners in the HBClub, HBInspired and on HBretreats. She also has a subscription business stationery box called HBbox. She now focuses on business mentoring since retiring as an Osteopath.In June 2021, after a routine mammogram, Helen was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple negative breast cancer. A devastating diagnosis that meant months of intense chemotherapy and operations. In March 2022 she was given all clear. During this time Helen kept a diary of her journey in the hope that she would raise awareness and help those suffering with cancer or caring for someone with the disease. Helen is an advocate for living a healthy life by eating well, moving often and smiling as much as possible. Helen has online courses, a business membership, mastermind and runs retreats where she shares how to commit to achieve anything you want.
