Born and raised in South Carolina. Growing up in small country towns full of dirt roads and memories. He has always been a tinkerer and risk taker. Enjoys working with his hands out side or in his shop. Most days are filled with his full time job as a Paramedic at a local EMS/Fire department. Several dogs, one cat and at this writing, four fish. When not at work, days are filled with normal house chores followed by fun with his only daughter. It's hard to say what first brought the story to life. His child hood was filled with imaginative out side play and neighborhood kids on trampolines. A significant amount of ideas have to be attributed to the explosion of video games and Cartoon Network. Garrett lived in the transition time. In Garrett’s life there was a time before internet and technologies and a time after the emergence of these advancements. Strong morals embedded by his family and faith. After his primary years, he was pulled to more manual labors like welding and auto restoration. Soon he was pulled into the health care field where he currently tolls away fifty to eighty hours a week. Supported by his loving wife, who he says “makes all the rules". He says he has always wanted his story told. Finally, he decided to write them down one evening so it could be cohesive and safe guarded. One thing led to another and his tinkering found its way into publishing his own book with more in the works. The over whelming support from friends and family has only made the decision more fulfilling. “I want everyone to read Tales of Teras and get swept away to a world of fun and adventure.
