Eine neue Methode zur Herstellung von Estern phosphorylierter Ameisensäuren - Vorstufen neuer Kapah-Analoga - wurde entwickelt, indem ein drittes Reagenz mit elektrophilem Charakter - ein Chloralkoxylierungsalkylester - in das Zweikomponentensystem "P(III)-Chlorid + aprotonisches Dechloralkoxylierungsmittel" eingeführt wurde;die Synthese eines neuen Analogons von "Kapah" - Hydrazid der phosphorylierten Ameisensäure - wurde durchgeführt. Mit diesen Studien wurde die Untersuchung einer neuen Klasse von Arzneimitteln eingeleitet, deren pharmakologische Wirkung im Gegensatz zu den meisten biologisch aktiven organischen Phosphorverbindungen nicht mit ihrer Anticholinesterase-Wirkung verbunden ist.
