Earning a B.A. in English Journalism & Creative Writing confirmed my love of literature and language. I believe every living experience is tied to language. Born into the service life of the Air Force in Louisiana, life has taken me to Idaho, Kauai, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Missouri. Moving has taught me how to adapt, observe, and learn. I have two fabulous children and six lovely grandchildren who teach me life lessons. I retired early after years of working in a law firm to pursue a writing life. Writing has been a lifelong passion of mine. Other interests include painting, non-fiction, and travel. I also contribute to Medium and some of its publications.
