Now, it's time for a change. And not just for the town either.

Mrs. Elena Sullivan can't complain about the life she's had; she studied at Oxbridge with her then soon-to-be husband Emmett, she was raised by a wealthy and loving family, and she works at the prestigious Desmond School for Creative Arts in Valeland.

But after a horrific accident that leaves Elena a widow, she begins to think about her future and what to do with her life now that she has nothing. .

. Quickly realising that she won't be happy in her hometown, Elena moves to Castlehead to begin a new chapter.

Soon after arriving, she stumbles across St. Jude's - an old medical institute that's being refurbished into a luxury hotel.

She becomes immersed in the institute's history - as well as the town's - and she begins to find out that dark secrets lie beneath Castlehead's surface. .
