Aamir Jalal Al Mosawi is advisor in pediatrics and pediatric psychiatry at the Children Teaching Hospital of Baghdad Medical City. He is the Head of Iraq Headquarter of Copernicus Scientists International Panel. He was the founding editor of the first Iraqi international peer-reviewed medical journal “The New Iraqi Journal of Medicine (2005-2013)” which is the first Iraqi medical to be included in Scopus He is member of the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). He also served as a member of the advisory council the International Association of Medical Colleges (IAMC). In the past, he also served as head of the department of pediatrics at the University hospital in Al Kadhimiyia. He is also an expert trainer at the National Training and Development Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Health.
