I am a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Texas and can practice in other approved states under PSYPACT. I am unique because I am also a Licensed School Psychologist who has worked for several school districts before opening my private practice. Since then, I have worked part-time for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) center performing autism evaluations. Specialties: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other Mood Disorders.As a psychologist, I noticed my son exhibited many signs of autism at six months, diagnosed with ASD by my colleague when he was 18 months old (he is currently three years old). I have helped many families obtain services, but having a child with ASD has given me a unique perspective as a parent. My first book was written for my son, not as a psychologist but as a mother. I have always dreamt of being an author publishing books for children with special needs, but I never seemed to have time to accomplish it. Since then, I have completed six books, created two board games, and developed a social skills game app (android and IOS).
