They do what it says on the cover, and their innovative contents will not appear in an AI-driven search of the Internet.I’m 68 years old but sometimes, after an exceptionally exhilarating workout, I like to kid myself that I’m still 25! (I’ve been pumping iron for the last 50 years).The importance of ambition and achievement was instilled in me at grammar school. With three degrees and award-winning research papers, I have accomplished a lot academically, but I didn’t get as far up the corporate ladder as I hoped. That’s because I am very independent-minded, with a rebellious streak, and so I have never been one for being told what to do.Fortunately, these traits were ideally suited to bodybuilding, enabling me to relish grueling workouts and pre-contest dieting. I placed in the top three in 19 competitions, including six wins, all completely drug-free. I also found success as a personal trainer, enjoying building a rapport with my clients, and helping them do what they would otherwise not have done.I now want to pass on, to the benefit of many others, all that I have learnt, seen and discovered.
