Il nostro studio è stato retrospettivo dal 1996 al 2024. Tutti i pazienti presentavano un coinvolgimento renale interstiziale e oculare istologicamente provato.
Sono stati inclusi sei pazienti, 5 donne e 1 uomo, con un'età media di 39 anni. Il coinvolgimento oculare era inaugurale in 4 casi e concomitante con quello renale in 2.
L'esame oftalmologico ha rivelato un'uveite anteriore e intermedia in 3 casi ciascuno. La sindrome infiammatoria biologica e l'insufficienza renale erano costanti.
L'esame delle urine ha rivelato una lieve proteinuria con leucocituria asettica in 4 casi ciascuno, ematuria microscopica in 2 casi e glicosuria senza diabete. Sono stati prescritti corticosteroidi (1mg/Kg/die) con boli di metilprednisolone, colliri midriatici e cortcoide per l'uveite.
La terapia corticosteroidea generale è stata interrotta in 5 casi e proseguita in 1 caso. .
