On the sunny Florida coast, a man named Edward is living the American dream. He owns multiple rental homes scattered throughout the region, each one a perfect slice of paradise for those seeking a little slice of sunshine in their lives.

But beneath the surface, Edward harbors a dark and twisted desire that threatens to consume him entirely. As he acquires more and more properties, Edward's need for sexual gratification grows more intense.

Should he simply watch the women who rent his homes, or should he take things to the next level and force himself upon them? And so, Edward begins to sneak into his rental homes when the women are out, watching them from the shadows as they go about their daily lives.
