Kirsten Louise Guest, Speaker, Author, Holistic Psychotherapist, MA, LMHC, LPCC, LPC.Born and raised in California, Kirsten grew up with a holistic grandmother who taught her the importance of organic foods and nutrition. From there Kirsten educated herself in herbal remedies and adaptogens, for healing and health.After raising a family and living all over the country with homes in California, Miami, and Manhattan, Kirsten decided to go back to school and live out her next chapter.Kirsten earned her Masters Degree at Northwestern University to become a Psychotherapist.From there she built a thriving private practice as a Holistic Psychotherapist with a focus on women’s empowerment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. She incorporates the whole person when working with clients, not only the mind but the body and spirit.Kirsten is also certified in Yoga and Reiki Level II, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.She now lives on Seabrook Island and works with clients in New York, California, South Carolina, and Georgia.“Setting Up Boundaries: Using Your Voice and Creating the Life You Want”, is Kirsten’s first book in her Empowerment Series.
