Veteran parent, and actual veteran, Richard J. Fitts' debut book is a call to action for parents of today's troubled Black male youth.

While facing a judge in custody court, Richard Fitts had a plan to get him back on the right track. But looking around, he saw children living in anarchy with parents who were ill-equipped to handle them.
