As children, we all had that one person who we thought could always tell the best stories. You remember, the one who made us feel safe when talking about the hero saving the day and the one who could always make us smile all the booboos away. Well, that is what Grandma Rita Story represents. Our Grandma always has the best tales to tell and makes us smile when we hear her start to read the book she just selected from the shelf. It has always been my pleasure to read to children. When a child has a book read to them it opens their imaginations up to the possibilities that might not have been present. It allows those children to expand their thoughts and how their imaginations process what they take in. Yes, I am a grandmother and have seen this phenomenon while reading to my own children and grandchildren. It is priceless!So, pull up a chair or a pillow and blanket on the floor and open your ears to what all possibilities might lie ahead in our stories.
