Elijah Eddie Dunbar was born in Liberia, West Africa. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kean University of Union, New Jersey, United States of America, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education, and Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and Urban Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, United States of America. He also holds non-secular degrees in Theology and Christian Education. He studied Theology at Maranatha Bible College in Liberia and later at Christian Life College of Stockton, California, U. S. A. He received his Masters and Doctorate in Christian Education respectively from Freedom Bible College and Seminary of Rogers, Arkansas, U. S. A. He has written several books, both secular and non-secular. He affiliates with professional organizations, such as The National Society of Leadership and Success and Kappa Delta Pi Honors Society.
